    Actually, it has been installed but then I don’t see the adds on with Demos and a message from Theme.co appears saying “This Cornerstone license is ​not validated​” – am I supposed to buy additional cornerstone license in order for xtheme to work? I’m very confused.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in! A bundled Cornerstone does not need a license, you only need to activate the x|Theme itself.

    From the looks of your screenshot, you installed the whole package (.zip file). You need to extract that first, and install only the x.zip file from the extracted package.

    Please delete your current X|Theme and redo the installation.

    I’ve done what you told me, deleted and reinstalled the correct file TWICE and something is not right. I’m still unable to see the adds on and keep geeting the message that I need to fix issue with cornerstone

    Hi There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
