This is driving me CRAZY. I have 4 licences, NONE will work on my main website.
All was fine but the X theme is no longer working as it WILL NOT VALIDATE…Hi there,
Thanks for writing in! First of all, please check your PHP version. Make sure you’re running PHP 5.6 or above on your server. Then make sure your X theme & Cornerstone plugin are uptodate (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/).

– Link to your site
– Your purchase code

Hi there,
The first issue was your Cornerstone is outdated. To work validation process correctly, X theme & Cornerstone should be uptodate as I have mentioned in the first reply.
The blank screen comes from a plugin conflict. I have disabled your 3rd party plugins to validate your site, you can see the “recently active” plugins list from your plugins section and activate them one by one to see which one is conflicting.
