ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Please backup your site and let us know which demo content you want to setup. Provide us with URL, login credentials and let us know if we have permission to try to setup demo content for you.
Thanks.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in and for providing the information. The demo import failed because you are experiencing PHP memory limit exhaustion. I recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. You can check this warning in WooCommerce > System Status > WordPress Environment > WP Memory Limit. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */We would loved to know if this has work for you. Thank you.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Please also address the PHP version and MySQL version. WordPress 4.6 requires at least version 5.6 (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). This could possibly be the cause of the issue. In most cases you cannot update your PHP version yourself and need to contact your host about this. The upgrade process is an easy process and should be something your host can do for you without affecting your website or charging you for it. Here’s a letter you can send to your hosting company:
Dear host, I\'m interested in running the open-source WordPress <https://wordpress.org/> web software and I was wondering if my account supported the following: - PHP 5.6 or greater - MySQL 5.6 or greater - The mod_rewrite Apache module Looking forward to your reply.Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.

beringcoParticipantThanks Rue!
The webhosting provider currently only supports PHP 5.5 and MySQL5.5. DO you think the version of WordPress 4.5 can work well with them? If not, please recommend a version of WordPress which fits PHP and MySQL 5.5.
Thanks,

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Please upgrade it to that 5.5 version and we will test it again from there. It may help us improve the performance and maybe it would allow us to import the demo content.
Please let us know once it is done.
