    I have verified my purchase code a few days ago but suddenly today I got a message saying that I have to verify my purchase code but when I enter it it says it is not correct

    Hey There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    _ Purchase Code

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    hi i found out that the reason of the issue is that im using wordapp plgin
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordapp-mobile-app/

    i removed it it works now thanks
