    I already registered themeco account and go to the dashboard to verify my license and assign my website. However, I get the error when I go back to my wordpress dashboard that said “Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details.” and click on to “Details”, there are not any messages to tell me what happen. So how can I validated my license in my website? Thank You!

    wordpress ver: Version 4.6.1

    Hi there,

    We can try to validate. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Purchase Key

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for the login credentials. I confirm that you could not be able to validate your setup. Would you mind revalidating again your domain and remove any plugin not bundled to X theme.
