    Hi there,

I’ve read several threads but havent been able to find the answer to my question. I’m able to add products to the cart from the shop page but not from the product page. Some threads say that some themes hide the add to cart button. Is this the case with theme x? If so how might I unhide it? you can see the example here: http://louisaleontiades.com/product/1-patron/

    Thanks

    Louisa

    Hi Louisa,

It seems you have some WooCommerce related plugins that might control this. Would you mind deactivating them and check again?

    Thanks!

You were right. It was the upcoming products plugin and I’ve deactivated it. Yet I really need that option for not yet released products on my blog. Any other suggestions? Thanks

    Hello There,

Thanks for updating in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin Upcoming products. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

    Thank you for your understanding.
