    Hello, I can’t install any x addons and extensions, (all I get is a package missing msg)
    I did not have any addons installed before update so I’m not sure if this is an update causing this issue as some other users said.

    Is there a solution to this problem?

    I’m having the same problem, nothing happens when I try revoke validation. I can’t install any of the addons.

    I have re-installed your X theme & Cornerstone plugin to avoid any caching issues and fix any corrupted files. Could you please try validating your site again and see if that works for you.

    I’m having the same issue on my local DEV installs. How did you re-install X and Cornerstone that forced re-validation?

    Hi @jdy98p

    Make sure to assign your http://localhost first (or if you are using an virtual host). You can remove Cornerstone and just validate X, Cornerstone will be installed and validated automatically.

    I am using a localhost setup, but the actual local address is “www.soltrainlearning.dev”

    I’m not quite sure how to set my DEV link on the account page correctly as every variant I’ve used still gives me an “Error – No Package Provided” message when I try install Soliliquy

    Also, do I need to remove the child theme to fully re-install X?

    Hi there

    I believe reinstalling the child theme should not be necessary.

    Please try following this steps:

    Hi there,

    Could you please try the following workaround.

    1. Revoke your API key from X Addons section (check the bottom of the page) and also remove it from your license page on Themeco.

    2. Temporary disable any caching plugins and purge all your server cache.

    3. Delete both X theme (/wp-content/themes/x) and Cornerstone plugin (/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone) by connecting to your FTP (your settings will be saved in the database)

    4. Download the latest copy of X and upload it to your themes folder via FTP OR you can upload the x.zip via Appearance -> Themes section.

    5. Latest version of Cornerstone will be installed automatically when you head over X Addons section. Now you try validating your X theme again and then try to install any other extension and it should function properly.

    Let us know how it goes.
