I purchased a new theme today (Theme X v. 4.5.2.) Everything is loaded . It registered and assigned to both website and development. I see no way to create an API key. I have read everyones threads that have the same problem. It is a Catch-22 with me. I always end up at the License Page which does not have a means to create an API key. I am using a MACBOOK Pro. I own two keys and the first one must have worked okay because the site is up and running. This issue is annoying. Please provide assistance.

Thanks for writing in! It seems that you are trying to validate your X theme in your site. Please do the following:
1] Please login to your account and assign the license. You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to your site again, https://www.your-domain.com/wp-admin/, particularly in X Addons > Home again, and insert the license code as the API key.And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process.
