    The message i keep getting is:

    Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.

    when its already validated on the themeco side with the correct URL and activation number. Please help.

    I have the same problem. It validated, said it was ready to go and now is giving me this error. 🙁

    Hi @looptheory,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    This way it will be easier to assist you and guarantee every one gets help in time.

    On this new thread briefly explain your situation and add a second message marked as private with your:

    URL
    WP Admin Credentials
    FTP credentials
    Purchase code.
