We just bought a second copy of X to update and validate a site here:
http://testtwo.corporatephotobooths.photography/We can’t seem to figure out how to generate the API key to validate the product? We have read over the support notes repeatedly and I think part of the problem is we are trying to validate a site we originally installed by cloning. Although the Cornerstone plugin is installed, we can’t see it in the menu on the left in our dashboard. Cornerstone won’t allow the plugin to be updated.
Can you please register/validate this account for us? My assistant registered it under [email protected]

Thanks for writing in! You can now use the Purchase code to validate your site directly, no need of API key. Let’s verify the purchase code and assign it to a site from your Themeco account – http://prntscr.com/auhw5g
Then use the purchase code to validate your site.
Note : You are using older version of X (v4.3.4). There was a known bug on X 4.3.x with WordPress 4.5 regarding the automatic update. If you are using that version or earlier, kindly update the theme manually for now. You can download the installable theme from themeforest or here – https://community.theme.co/dashboard/
You can just place the extracted theme folder x under wp-content/themes/ folder using FTP replacing the old theme folder.

After updating theme, everything should be fine and then update all other plugins.
