An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.

Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Hi there,

Thanks for updating. According to our Version Compatibility article, the latest version of Visual Composer is v4.11.2.1 that you are using. The verstion WPBakery just released is not yet available on Themeco end as we need to perform some compatibility test. As soon that’s complete, we’ll put them in update server. So kindly use the compatible version now and wait for few days. If you have separate license for Visual Composer then you will be able to update but it’s not recommended to use incompatible version.

As we have mentioned in our previous reply that according to our Version Compatibility article, the latest version of Visual Composer is v4.11.2.1 that you are using.
