Alex SParticipantIs there a way to change the image path from an Http to an https path? I thought this was a hosting issue but the support team is telling me it is a theme related issue. This is what I received from them:
Thank you for reaching out to us. Using a tool such as https://www.whynopadlock.com/check.php produced the following errors regarding the mixed content:
Total number of items: 98
Number of insecure items: 16Insecure URL: http://homeevolution.net/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/home-evolution-banner-4.jpg
Found in: https://www.homeevolution.net/
…As you can see, the images are loading from the correct location. However, the image is being accessed via http:// rather than https://. This is what is causing the mixed content warning. To solve this you might need to update your theme to specifically include the image references using https:// instead of http://.
Any help would be much appreciated!

JadeModeratorHi Alex,
You can try using the better search and replace plugin then search for http://www.homeevolution.net/ and replace it with https://www.homeevolution.net/. This should update all the links that are non https to https.
But before doing anything, please make sure to keep a full backup of your site just in case you will need it.
