zacharylim17ParticipantHi there!
I am currently building a WordPress site (let’s call this Site A) for a client of mine and I am unable to upload new images into the media library. A HTTP error keeps popping up. On top of that, there is a message regarding a PHP issue. I have attached an image of the PHP pop-up box. The weird thing is that I am running another WordPress site (let’s call this Site B) with the exact same updates, exact same theme and plugins, and on the exact same hosting server account (GoDaddy), and site B has no issue whatsoever. I’ve already upgraded the PHP on my GoDaddy account and waited for over 24 hrs. I’ve also contacted GoDaddy support staff and they told me to reach out to you guys. However, it’s still not rectifying the issue in Site A while Site B is working perfectly fine. I look forward to your response! Thanks!
Information for rectifying website issue (Site A):
URL: rogeriodembarros.com
WordPress version: 4.5.3
X version: 4.6.0
Cornerstone plugin version: 1.3.0Regards,

ThaiModeratorHi Zach,
Please take a look at this article: http://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/59763/how-to-fix-http-error-when-uploading-images#answer-59777.
If it doesn’t work, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link login to your site
– WordPress Admin username / Password
– FTP AccountDon’t forget to select Set as a private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thanks.
