Hi, this is a big issue. You’re suppose to be able to use html with popovers by using data-html:true but it doesn’t work on X. I tried loading the most recent bootstrap versions and I got html to work but then it broke cornerstone.

Obviously this is a very serious issue and I would like to know when it will be fixed.

Thanks for posting in. Unfortunately, it is not possible to insert HTML codes in a popover available in X.
This is something we can add to our list of feature requests. This way it can be taken into consideration for future development. All of these items are discussed with our team internally and prioritized based on the amount of interest a particular feature might receive. Thanks!

Look, I don’t know if you understand how grave this problem is…

Even the standard html calling javascript doesn’t work for this already supported feature by bootsrap. It’s already supported and X is lagging behind. Just as importantly, what will developers do with smart phones and tablets since there is no hover? Users should be able to click on something to expose the popover and then be able to click on the link inside the popover or click on that something once again to close the popover.

Without that basic functionality developers lose the very important option popovers represent. Think about mobile and tablet users.

I understand, but all we could do as support is to forward this as feature request. Core features are something we can’t implement or edit since it’s compiled.
