    Hi,

    I have a video playing in a slider, which works fine on desktop. However, it is not working on mobile. When you press the ‘play’ button, a strange distorted circle appears, but no video. Any idea how I could fix this? Thanks so much!

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! To resolve this issue, please add the following css code in the customizer, Appearance > Customize > Custom > CSS

    .site .lightbox-video.active-revslide .slotholder img {
    opacity: 0;
}

    I emptied the cache, and it is still not working. I still just get the strange blurry circle in the middle. Any idea what else I can try? Thanks again!

    Hi there,

    It’s covered by the background image and video should be triggered as well by clicking the play icon. What it only does is switch the slide/layer visibility.

    Please provide your login credentials in the private reply. I like to see how it’s currently setup.

    Hi Bradley,

    Thank you for the credentials.
    From your setup, I can see that the video is set as background of your slide2. Then you have a button on slider1 on which when click activate slide2 with the video is playing. The issue here is by default, background video autoplay is not available on mobile. Please check this link for detailed explanation:https://www.themepunch.com/faq/video-not-showing-up-on-mobile/
