MustafaParticipantHi,
I have some ongoing development on my X theme. I want to do my development work on localhost and then I want it to move on a live server. How can I work like this without breaking license? Will my X theme will get an update on both i.e on localhost and on a live server?
Thank you in advance.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! You can always use X in multiple WordPress installation. When you validate X, you are allowed to assign one license to two sites, the live site and the development site. You can do the following:
1] Please login to your account and assign the license. You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again. And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
If you are working on a development or staging area, you must follow the migration process to prevent any issues in your live site. You can check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/cornerstone-migration/
