I have built a site for a client’s client. In order to dive right in I purchased a license. My client has purchased other subscription based plugins. To keep billing tidy, I’d like to transfer my license to my client. Who will in turn bill her client for all subscription based software in use on the site.

There is no way to pass the cost to a client through us as we do not handle the payment. Since there are no reoccurring fees with our theme all future purchases can be done directly by your client without a problem. You’ve received a purchase code when you’ve bought X and assigned it to your account. We can free up that purchase code so you can reassign it / give it to your client who the can register an own account. Let me know how you want to proceed.
