    Hi there

    I am trying to make the video background loop in my Integrity theme. I have set the loop attribute to true, but it’s not working.

    Also is it possible to loop the video for a set period, e.g. 3 revolutions, and then display a holding background image?

    Hey there,

    Please give us the URL of the page you’ve set the background video and access to your WordPress admin so we could check your setup.

    There’s no setting to limit the video looping. That would be possible with custom development but that is outside the scope of our support. You might want to contact our trusted partners who caters X setup and customization needs. Please see https://community.theme.co/custom-development/

    I see you’re using an old version of Slider Revolution. Please update to the latest compatible version. See https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/

    If that doesn’t help, you might want to try setting up a transparent background slider then place the URL of your video in the Optional Background Video option in Slider Above the Masthead setting.
