    hi, support,

I am using xtheme to build a full-width site; I prefer to use a nice hero image under the sticky menu with some animated text, (I ruled out sliders is because it will increase the loading file size and slow down website loading speed)

second questions is, there a way the make the hero image loaded nicely?

BTW, I am using VC as the page editor.

    thanks a lot!

    Hi there,

Please set slider below masthead, see this link : https://community.theme.co/kb/sliders

Regretfully, at this time I am not entirely certain what it is you would like to accomplish based on the information given in your post. If you wouldn’t mind providing us with a little more clarification on what it is you’re wanting to do (a link to a similar example site would be very helpful, or perhaps some screenshots), we’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

You can add image as section/content band background.
In regards with text animation on static image, regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities. Thanks for understanding. Take care!
