    Hi Staff,

    Is there a way to displace the footer menu in the “x-colophon top” area?
    I tried to put the code in a widget, I also tried to edit a copy of wp-footer.
    So I wondered if had to that statically of if there was a way to achieve it cleanly.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! You can simply disable the Footer menu (Appearance -> Customize -> Footer -> Footer Menu) and then use a Custom Menu Widget to display your menu inside footer widget areas (Appearance -> Widgets).

    Note: Make sure to enable “Footer Widget Areas” under Appearance -> Customize -> Footer
