ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Did you add ‘Google API key’ to your map element?
Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / passwordDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thanks.

LelyModeratorHi There,
Thank you for the credentials.
There is a JS error present on the page: Google Maps API error: MissingKeyMapErrorPlease see this link for suggestions on how to fix it: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#missing-key-map-error
Hope this helps.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
On each marker you create there is a transparent image selected to be used.
Chose your own image or click on the image field of the marker so you can deselect the transparent placeholder and the standard of google will be used.
I did on your first 3 as an example.
Hope that helps

Edg-C1ParticipantThank you so much !
However, how can I custom my pin ?November 21, 2016 at 8:57 am #1265487
JoaoModeratorHi There,
Did you try adding your own image there?
I recommend you using the correct size around 50px x 50px or 40px x 40px
Let us know how it goes,

Edg-C1ParticipantYes but in .png the image is transparent so not visible, and in .jpeg the image appears but with a white rectangle..
Thank you for the sizes

Edg-C1ParticipantThat was an example of how I would like it to be on my website
ThanksNovember 21, 2016 at 9:22 am #1265520
JoaoModeratorHi There,
PNG with transparent background also works.
Have a look on your website.
I just tested, unfortunately the image I have made has poor quality, you need to add your own with better quality.
Hope that helps
