JurgaRParticipantHi, I’ve been looking for answers in the forums, but don’t find one that works for me. How do I make a part of my sidebar fixed? When you read a blog post and scroll all the way to the bottom, I’d like a part of the sidebar to remain visible – for now the last image widget, later I’d add more under it. I tried several solutions I found in the forums, but none of them works.
Could you please help me with this?
Thanks in advance!
Best regards,

Rue NelModeratorHello Jurga,
Thanks for writing in! Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.
For the meantime, you can try out 3rd party plugins that may handle what you have in mind. Please do check out the WordPress plugin repository: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?type=term&q=sticky+widget
Thanks for understanding. Take care!

JurgaRParticipantHi and thanks for your prompt response! It’s a pity X doesn’t offer this. I see it used everywhere… Maybe something to consider for your development team? Will check the plugins.

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
We certainly appreciate the feedback! This is something we can add to our list of feature requests. This way it can be taken into consideration for future development. All of these items are discussed with our team internally and prioritized based on the amount of interest a particular feature might receive.
Thanks!
