    Hi hope someone can help, I have followed this article https://community.theme.co/kb/sliders/ but it doesn’t help me.

    It says “Once you’ve downloaded the slider you can import that via wp-admin > Slider Revolution > Import Slider”
    I do not have any option for revolution slider, and so I cannot import the slider.
    I am running renew 4 if that helps.

    I am using WordPress 4.6.1 running the latest version of X theme (downloaded 10/10/16)

    Hi Cam,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
