HelloParticipantHI,
Please help adding a MailChimp Subscriber Pop-up form to my home/shop page.I have tried adding the code from Mailchimp after creating the form to my wp-header.php file in my child theme but there is no </head> code to put the code before.
Then I tried using the Insert Headers and Footers plugin under Settings, which is already using a Facebook pixel code in there. So, I tried to put the MailChimp code before and after it with no popup form showing.
I also tried putting it in the Footer section with no luck.
I am using the MailChimp form to gain newsletter sign ups with a discount and have created the discount code using Downloads in the right side bar under Subscriber Discounts.
Following the instructions, I made a Webhook and callback URL to enter in MailChimp. This may be a little off course regarding the code for the pop up but I wanted to give the full picture.
The Mailchimp widget also doesn’t show in the widget sections.
Is there an issue with the jQuery file?
Please help.
I have used these resources.

Thank you.

ChristianModeratorHey there,
Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You might want to contact our trusted partners who caters X setup and customization needs. Please see https://community.theme.co/custom-development/. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities. Thanks for understanding. Take care!
