joelmadasuParticipantHi, I have been trying to add a comment policy right above the Disqus commenting bar, so that the commentors can see some guidelines. But in order to do this, I was told that I need to insert some HTML code right above the Universal Disqus Code. I cannot find this code. I am using X Theme (Child Theme). Please help!
I hope I will hear from support soon. I asked for help a while back and did not hear a word on it.
Thank you

Rue NelModeratorHello Joel,
Thanks for writing in!
Currently the allowable HTML tags in disqus comments is listed here: https://help.disqus.com/customer/portal/articles/466253-what-html-tags-are-allowed-within-comments-
To learn what they do, take a look at the W3C’s HTML elements reference. The universal code may only be applicable for static sites.
https://disqus.com/admin/universalcode/And since you are using WordPress, you may follow this guide instead:
