    Hi,

    In my CMS I see that there is a new update for: WPBakery Visual Composer.
    But when I want to update this Plugin the system ask for Licens activation.
    But I bought this plugin By the Theme X.
    How can I update this Plugin?

    Hey there,

    Please ignore the update notification if you’re using the version that is listed here https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/. If you’re version is older, please ensure X and Cornerstone is up to date then try updating it again. If it doesn’t work, uninstall Visual Composer then install again in Addons page.

    Sorry I mean the theme: Oxides.

    Oxides: 1.21
    WP Bakery Visual Composer: 4.11.2.1

    Could you give me a new answer for theme: Oxides?

    Is Oxides a theme? our support covers issues related to our theme, we don’t provide support for other themes.
