    Hi Team,

    I used to be able to purchase support (for 4 months) for my X theme and do not receive requests anymore. Have I missed something?

    It used to be an email from Envato and I would purchase continued support for X and now I get nothing and do not even know how or where to login for that anymore. Can you explain?

    Thanks for writing in! You should get email if your support get expired. However you can also check it from here in Themeforest – http://prntscr.com/dfmy23

    Hi Susan,

    You need to go to Themeforest.com > Login > Click on your username on the topright > Select Downloads > X and you will find the option to extend your support.
