RobParticipantI just migrated the purchased theme to a live URL from a test URL and it says X is not validated. How do I fix this?

Prasant RaiModeratorHello Rob,
Thanks for writing in!
Can you please revalidate your website by revoking the licence from your WordPress dashboard and your Themeco dashboard and adding them again?
We also recommend you to walk-through our product validation guide:
https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

RobParticipantAm I revoking the licence from just the test site, or test site and new site? The Product validation wasn’t clear on this. After reading it however, I noticed that I added my test site as the production site. I never added a development environment. Can I just erase the test site and add production site?

RahulModeratorHey There,
Thanks for writing back!
You need to revoke your license from the site on which the purchase code is inserted. Revoke it from there and the themeco account and assign it to the new site again.
I think that clears things up!
