I have attached a picture to hopefully help you understand better due to my lack of knowledge. Hopefully this isn’t a laughing-stock.

Question #1:
How can I get my homepage to direct to http://www.gwrcommunity.com/home/ As of right now, it directs to http://www.gwrcommunity.com and it’s not showing the changes that I have made.

Question #2
I have put a purple perimeter around what I am calling the “content box?” How can I make it to where that is bigger, as well as centered? (I have attached a second picture to give you roughly what I am looking at). I would like to extend it downwards as well.

My vision for this homepage:
*Have a basic advertisement that jumps out
*Followed by the Featured YouTube or Twitch channel
*Along with my Twitter Feed under that

With that being said, I am not exactly sure how big this “content box” will need to be. I am just needing guidance on how to do it and I will figure out the rest.

*As a side note, I am not wanting it universally changed across the entire template, just on certain pages.

Sorry if this is confusing.

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! #1 On your admin dashboard navigate to Settings > Reading set your Front page displays as A static page then on Front page dropdown select the Home page then save.

#2 On the Cornerstone panel navigate to Settings > General then set the Page Template to Blank – No Container | Header, Footer.

You do not need to worry about the content-box height as it will automatically increase while you’re adding content.

Container’s height depend on its content, unless you put a max-height attribute to the container.
