jensmith3ParticipantHello,
My site is on the temporary url of http://103.37.8.129/~thekidsa/
I am using the Icon stack and wanted to try the layout with the logo and nav bar on the left-hand side. I have tried this via the customiser but it isn’t changing anything. I’m obviously missing something. Can you assist?
Many thanks and kind regards,
Jenny

John EzraMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! You would need to change that via customizer. If it is not working, something may be conflicting. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

RupokMemberHi Jenny,
It seems you are using latest Cornerstone with older version of X. That could be the cause. Could you update X and everything to latest?
You will find all available updates from Dashboard > Updates.
Cheers!

Paul RModeratorHi Jenny,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
