Matthew CParticipantHi there,
My aim is to add some social buttons into my Navbar on the right hand side, with my menu buttons in the center and logo on the left, just like this example: http://www.pirenko-themes.com/hook/architecture/
I’ve managed to successfully install the X Child Theme by following the information on the members area and I understand why it’s best to do this via a Child Theme. What I’m struggling with is where I go and how I edit the child theme.
I’ve read the ‘Customization Best Practices’ page and I understand that all the stacks use the same navbar template in the global folder which will be the section I need to change. I just don’t know where this directory is describes is for me to copy into the child theme and edit to achieve the design I would like.
My url is: http://www.courtcreations.com
Please help,
Thank you.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in!
To add an icon in the menu as an item, please check out these threads: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/adding-icon-in-top-menu/, https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/how-to-create-menu-icons/#post-178227, https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/adding-icons-to-the-menu/#post-873747
Hope this helps.

Matthew CParticipantThanks for your reply.
These threads don’t really help. I’m trying to get the social buttons like what appear in the top bar into my Navbar as I would like them all inline horizontally.
Thanks.

ChristianModeratorSorry for the confusion. This is currently possible with custom development which is outside the scope of our support. This might be possible out of the box in the future. Please stay tuned.
Thanks.
