First, here is what the form looks like (see attached) and here is the link to the page: http://cloudio.one/login/

    1. Presently the form is just an image (I put it in there to show you what I want the form to look like).
    2. User enter their Account Name (#account_name#) in this field (right now it says Coming Soon! because the form is not working yet)
    3. When they hit enter, it will go to a special url : #account_name#.cloudio.one (example is justbargain.cloudio.one).

That is all I need the page to do (and of course, to check if #account_name# exists).

So how do I go about doing this in the easiest possible way? Thanks!

    Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully, this particular customization request is outside the scope of our support as this is not related to an issue with the theme and instead has to do with your customization of it. As such, you will need to investigate this particular issue on your own or seek help from a developer should you not feel comfortable making these changes yourself. If you have any further questions about the theme, we are more than happy to provide you with assistance on these inquiries.

    Thank you for your understanding.

Is it possible to do this without affecting the core theme files? Would I need to set up a child theme or can that be avoided? It will help when I speak to the developer. Thanks.

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing back. Yes you should use Child Theme to do such customization. Here is the Customization best practices article that will help – https://community.theme.co/kb/customization-best-practices/

    Cheers!
