    Hi There,

    You need to enable the number of widgets area you want to use in Appereance Customizer Footer.

    After that you should go to Appereance Widgets and drag and drop the selected widget to the right footer area.

    Please add the following CSS:

    div#mc4wp_form_widget-2 {
    text-align: center;
}
