I have my Blog page, i have the setting set up for Reading. Now how to i post to my blog page s seen here:
http://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/blog/
I have also set up the right settings in Customize.
How would i post to get the picture and the excerpt as seen in Integrity?

Thank you for posting in and the very detailed information. It seems that your blog index were set up correctly. All you need to do is to start creating your posts.
