    I have a license for X-Theme. There is an error message … “Hi! Please activate your copy of the Essential Grid to receive automatic updates & get premium support.” that I can not figure out how to get rid of.

    How do I activate my copy of Essential Grid?

    Thanks for writing in!

    1) To check the problem you are facing with Essential grid, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
