    Hello,

    I have a problem with the ConvertPlug plugin: their exit intent popup doesn’t work on my site. So I registered for their support forum, but they ask me to add a verified purchase:

    How can I do that if I got the plugin in the bundle with your theme?

    ConvertPlug is a plugin which comes as a bundled plugin with the X theme. You can use this Plugin and can update it for free. However, if you want to get instant support from their developers or want to explore their support forum, you have to purchase it from there with a proper License code. Once you purchase a License, you will be able to get full support from their developers.
