    I see the grey border box inside the topbar,
    and I would like either remove the border or make it white so that it is invisible.

    How can I do that?
    Please advise.

    Thanks for writing in!

    Please add this CSS at Appereance > Customizer > Custom > CSS : 

    @media (max-width: 767px)
.x-topbar .p-info {
    border: 0;
 }

    Hope this helps!

    Please clear cache and check again, the border has been removed.
