Hi there,
When I set up a new product, and enter weight and dimensions on the “shipping” tab (see attached image 3.png), it creates a box at the bottom of the single product page called “Additional Information” (see attached image 4.png). If I remove the weight and dimensions inforamtion in the shipping tab – it removes this box. But I need to enter weight and dimensions for shipping calculations. How can I get rid of that Additional Information box?Thanks!

Unfortunately, using the login you have provided doesn’t work. When I tried to use FTP username with the same password, it works but the folder doesn’t have content.
Using wordpress admin credentials, I did check the content of your child theme functions.php file but the code is not there and it seems different from your screenshot. Are we checking the same site? See this:http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cDlof8Q0bR
