beckynusbaumParticipant1)I accidentally entered a Purchase Code from a previous site, note the on that I purchased tonight. It was verified and now I can’t enter the correct one.
2)Don’t I need 1 license per site? And I needed to buy a new one for a new site?
3)Also, while working through this, I accidentally purchased 2 licenses tonight when I only needed one. How can I contact Billing and ask them to remove one of my licenses purchased tonight?
Thank you for your help!

RubinKeymasterHey There,
1. You can manage your licenses here: https://community.theme.co/users/beckynusbaum/licenses/
2. You need to own 1 license per website you’re using X on.
3. For refunds please follow these steps: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821460-Can-I-Get-A-Refund-
Let me know if you need anything else.

beckynusbaumParticipantThank you on all-
On #1, managing licenses- that’s where I’m at, but if I’ve already entered an incorrect Purchase Code that was accepted, I can’t find any options to change it to the correct/new one?
Please let me know
Thank you!

beckynusbaumParticipantI’m sorry, I should clarify- I’m set in the Manage Licenses area, I have the Purchase Codes and sites correctly listed in there. However, within the site itself, within Dashboard, Add-Ons, Purchase Code, etc– that are of the site itself has the incorrect Purchase Code in there. It has accepted it, but I accidentally have the same purchase code listed in 2 of my site. This is the area that I can’t find an option to replace the Purchase Code- within the site itself.
Thank you for your help! It’s greatly appreciated!

John EzraMemberHi there,
Thanks for updating the thread! You can revoke your purchase code by going to X Addons > Home, then scroll to the very bottom. Under the X theme logo there is a revoke validation option.
If you revoke the license, the field to enter your license code will re-appear and you should be able to enter the correct one.
If you are not seeing the same layout, you may have to update to the latest versions. Please make backups before proceeding.
To check the latest versions, please visit our Changelog
Hope this helps – thanks!

beckynusbaumParticipantThat was it! THANK you so much! That worked perfectly. Now how do I go about getting the API key? I tried scouring the Manage Licenses in there also but never found the API key.
Thank you again for your help!

John EzraMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! We no longer use API keys. That was the old way to validate. Now you can use your purchase/license code directly to validate.
Hope this clarifies – thanks!
