Cornerstone comes with its Recent Posts element which defaults to 4 columns. When downsizing for mobile devices it jumps to 2 columns, and then 1. Where is the 3 column version?
In any case, here is a link:

4 column is just too small. How can I make it so that it’s a 3 column layout?
If this is not possible with the Recent posts element, then what options are there to achieve what I need? Perhaps a shortcode? One of the grid plugins? CSS?

You can use the shortcodes instead:
Apply it to RAW Element in Cornerstone.
