    Please upload your screenshot again and provide more details, are you trying to delete just one part of the page?

    Hi There,

    Your image needs to be maximum size 500kb.

    Also, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    This is a confirm bug on a previous version. Please update X theme. Current version is X Theme 4.6.4 while you’re X is V4.1.1. See this:https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/

    Hi There,

    Yes, that is another issue. Since your site is now on latest WordPress version (but outdated x|theme) the auto-update will not work. In this case we need to update your x|theme manually, to do that you can follow the guide provided here.

    If you need assistance on this matter (updating), please provide us FTP credentials.

    🙁 I download it but I don’t know how to upload the file. Can you provide screenshot how to upload the file to update. Also is there a easy way to do it this?

    Can this be done in WordPress.

    Please help.

    Hello There,

    If you already have validated X, you should be able to update the X theme and other bundled plugins by going to your dashboard, DashBoard > Updates. Please check the plugin/theme and hit the “Update Plugins” button.
