JeypolitanParticipantHi there,
Thank you for your reply – I highly appreciate all the help that I have received.
Ok, I understand. I will update my The Grid plugin to version 2.1.0. I see that it is not yet available, and I believe I read that it will be available upon the next Theme X update? When will this be ready for updating?
However, I do believe that there is one issue that is not related to the plugin’s settings – and that is why are my new posts not being featured on my main page anymore? My The Grid settings sources are “Posts”. So when I create a new post, it should be featured on my main page/grid. Please advise how to fix this as I have tried but with no luck.
All best,
Jennifer

RadModeratorHi Jennifer,
The 2.1.0 should be available now through automatic updates. Please check it here https://theme.co/changelog/
If your X theme isn’t validated or you have a configuration that disables automatic updates, then please check them and configure them.
About the recent posts issue, it’s your The Grid that displays them now. That’s the main purpose of the code added to the template, it’s to replace blog’s default posts listing. All the listings on your page are now controlled by the settings within your Grid. I can check it, but please update your plugin first.
Thanks!

JeypolitanParticipantHi there,
Ok perfect thank you, after some time I managed to update my theme and The Grid along with it 🙂
Now that I have The Grid 2.1.0, it finally started automatically adding the new posts to the main page, so that’s fantastic. It is basically there exactly how I want it, just the final and important thing would be to get the Post Title above the post/Grid. And ideally a small excerpt underneath. Please advise.
All best,
