Archive / HostGator says theme is not working properly – FIXED no need to reply

    HostGator has Varnished our website for the second time in two days. Yesterday we deleted a bunch of old backups that were supposedly causing us to trigger resource overload.
    All i know is that when someone visits the site it says:
    Error. Page cannot be displayed. Please contact your service provider for more details. (20)

    After several hours and deleting those files, the site was back up and running.
    Well today it has happened again.

    After several hours on the phone with HostGator, I am to believe that the theme is not working properly. He told me he could reset the theme and i would lose all my media.
    He wasn’t sure if i would lose all my posts but there is no way to back anything up using HostGator because he says it takes too many resources to back up the media.

    Is there a way to reset the theme without losing all my media?

    Or what would you recommend i do if the theme is not working properly?
