    I’ve almost got this figured out and added some custom css based on some other forum threads. I still have two problems with my horizontal opt in.

    1. When the page width is scaled down (in a smaller window or on mobile) the input fields and the button don’t float or stack correctly.

    2. When the form is submitted the success message covers up the fields and looks weird. I’d like it to take the place of the form.

    I’m trying to get this to look like the one on http://www.healthyhabitshappymoms.com/ if that helps.

    I’ll send over my site and credentials…

    I have wrapped your code in a media query so it just will be inline on laptops and desktops.
