    Hi there,

To view the site correct, please disable your adblocker!!

Notice: because of the adblockers blocking all content containing .streamads. we are loading media and plugins from another domain, michel2.work-planning.com. This was all working in the development environmen. .

I developed the site on streamads.work-planning.com. The site is finished and everything was working. I had to move it to the live server. I uploaded the database and copied the files through FTP.

All the pages are working fine, except the homepage. It gives an error because of an endless loop.

The new adres is: http://streamads.nl.webhosting134.transurl.nl/ but that doesnt work.

But if you load the another page, you can see the whole site is working, except the homepage: http://streamads.nl.webhosting134.transurl.nl/over-ons/

I can also login the site (i will add the credentials in a private post)

I am completely updated. Also tried to disable all plugins, without succes.

I noticed, that when i changed the permalinks structure in the settings, to standard, the homepage does work!!

But then i will get bad URL’s for the other pages, like http://streamads.nl.webhosting134.transurl.nl/?p=123. We dont want that.

But the problem seems to be in the permalink structure and the homepage.

    Could you guys please check.

    Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Please make sure that mod_rewrite is enabled in your new hosting server. To know more how you can setup pretty permalinks, please check it here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks

And by the way, please make sure that you have migrated your site properly. You can check out the suggested steps and instructions from our knowledge base here:
    https://community.theme.co/kb/cornerstone-migration/

    Hope this helps.

    Hi ,

    Just to verify

1: mod_rewrite is that now disabled and will it fix my problem enabling? Because the permalinks work, but the homepages is the one that doesnt work?

2: I migrated the site manually. Did it gave a conflict?

    Hello There,

    Thanks for the updates!

1] You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

2] If you have migrated the site manually, the tendency is that you cannot edit the pages in Cornerstone. Cornerstone data might be misplaced or corrupted during your migration. I might be wrong though but if you can edit in Cornerstone with no problems, then you’re good to go.

    Hope this helps.

    Hey there,

Redirect loop issue is mostly due to incorrect setup. See http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-error-too-many-redirects-issue-in-wordpress/ for potential solution.

To be sure this is a problem with X. Please try switching to the default WordPress theme.

I’ve tried logging in via FTP but the given credentials doesn’t work. Please check.

    Thanks.

In this case, this is not an issue with X. Please seek help from a web developer so (s)he could work closely with your setup or see the previously given link for potential solution.

    Thanks.
