ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Please backup customizer settings under X addons menu, then reset customizer settings as this may fix the issue.
Hope it helps.

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
I don’t see x’s classes being added in body tag, this could be caused by plugin conflict or theme corrupted files.
In this case, please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If the issue persists, please try to re install x theme.
Hope it helps.

ChristianModeratorHey Kim,
Upon checking your site’s source, you have two body tags (see attachment) which is incorrect. X nor Cornerstone does not output two body tags and the body tag is suppose to have classes. This is most probably a result of incorrect optimization. Did you clear all caches in W3 Total Cache before deactivating all third party plugins. You’re WordPress backend also have styling issues. To know if X or Cornerstone is causing the issue, if you can, please setup a clean WordPress install in a development site and replicate your setup without optimization plugins.
Thanks.
