    Hi X Team,

    I have been working on my client’s website. Url is http://www.opexlabs.com
    Everything was working fine till this morning, Suddenly following happened –
    Home page changed to default template. i.e. with sidebar. I changed that to full width in customizer but it did not change to original home page design.
    I not longer see all themes in themes tab. I only see child theme. Where are all themes gone?
    Home page along with some internal pages are changed to default page template and I dont see any option to change that.

    Every other thing is working fine. – content, design, linking etc.

    Only I think is page template issue.

    This is really urgent as the client has a website review after 2 days. Urgent help would be appreciated.

    Hi there,

    Please change page’s template under cornerstone settings tab/general.
    In regards with missing themes, please provide us with login credentials.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for updating. It seems you are using security plugin that might controlling some settings. I can’t see any theme on your theme tab either. So maybe somehow those are deleted or hidden by security settings. Let’s disable this to check again.

    I believe security plugin has nothing to with theme page templates. Problem occurred prior to installing the security plugin. There are 2 problems.
    • First, themes are not visible, but X theme is there and functioning properly. Otherwise website would not work just on child theme.

    • Second, somehow most of the pages including home page has changed to default template. I mean that full width stretched from end to end design is gone. Some internal pages still has those. I have attached 2 screenshots for your reference – quick edit sections for home page and presentations page. This is where you can change the page template of that page. Detailed edit page no longer shows the page templates section on sidebar.

    Hi there,

    Please disable all third party plugins except those come with x, clear cache and check again .
    If the issue persist, keep plugins disable and provide us with FTP credentials.
