    Hi there,

I have some gaps in my design and I’m trying to turn them off at small screen sizes. But as the screenshot below shows, it’s not currently working.

Am I doing something wrong here?

    Hi there,

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing back. Actually we asked for Admin credentials so that we can check the backend since I can’t see any hiding class to the element from Front-end. Kindly provide an admin account if you think you have set the visibility settings properly.

    Cheers!

Ah, my apologies. I thought that account was an admin. It is now, so you should be good.

    Hi There,

I confirm that function is not working, I will try to investigate a bit more, in the meanwhile I would suggest you trying to set your gap sizes in % instead of px. Please try 35% instead of 650px for example and check how it responds on mobile.

    Hope it helps

    Hi There,

The issue is this file: http://gurrydesign.com/wordpress/wp-content/themes/x/framework/css/site/stacks/integrity-dark.css?ver=4.3.0

There is no any class cs-hide-* (hide base on screen width classes) declared on that file, please update your X|Theme to 4.6.4

Remember to clear all caches after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.
