    Hi Philip,

I am able to login and check. I can’t seem to find any settings that might cause full display of post on blog item. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. If this doesn’t work, would you also mind giving us FTP credentials on a private reply?

    Hi Lely,
I’m afraid that made no difference, I deactivated them all but it was just the same.

Did you notice how the 1st post behaves as expected, it’s just the subsequent ones that are displaying in full?
I had thought it might be because it is in a different category to the others, but changing it to the same category as the others, or vice-versa, doesn’t affect any of them.

    Thank you,
    Philip.

    FTP details below.

    Hi there,

Do you have host specific caching? No matter what I did, the option always return x_blog_enable_full_post_content true. And when I directly change it through code, nothing happens. So I went ahead and deleted the files (but I back it up first and restored it after testing) to introduce errors and nothing happens. Any change that I add isn’t taking effect.

Please make sure that your hosting’s caching is turned off. And make sure the FTP is pointing on correct site’s folder.

    Thanks!

    Hi,
it doesn’t look like this is fixable. I have tried all you said above to no avail.
I still can’t understand why the first post isn’t affected, just subsequent ones, but however.
Maybe some future update will catch whatever it is, but for now you can close this.
    Thanks again.

    Hi there,

Please try checking again later. Meantime we’ll test on our end as well.

    Cheers!
