    Hey Support,

    I tried using the customizer and setup 3 products per row in Woocommerce, I save the changes, but then when I view the store it only shows 1 product per row and part of “Sale” image is cutoff. Any suggestions to fix? Thanks!

    Hi there,

    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. Seems WooCommerce CSS is not loading properly. Which version you are using? If you have installed the plugin from X Addons menu then remove and install from WordPress plugin repository. I can’t login to your site since you might have changed the login URL.

    I have WooCommerce installed as a wordpress plugin. The login URL hasn’t changed, can you try again?

    Hi there,

    It’s due to your cache plugin, clearing cache won’t fix it but I toggled some of its setting and shop is now working.
